Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email here].

To process your request, we require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo or video proof of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • A refund to your original payment method


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photo proof. We will arrange a replacement.


Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products and international fulfillment, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
